- Abatement/Mitigation of Lead-in-Paints and other Building Materials Containing Heavy Metals.
- Remediation of Toxic Mold and Microbial/Mildew Contamination from "Sick Buildings".
- Demolition Services (building/site clear/interior strip-out/selective) where Regulated or Hazardous Materials are Impacted/Disturbed.
- Removal and disposal management of Hazardous/Regulated Building Materials-PCBs, fluorescent
light tubes, freons, mercury switches, CFC's, pigeon/bat droppings.
- Construction of Infection Control Containment Systems at Hospitals and Health-Care Facilities to
Prevent the Transmission of Construction-related Airborne Contaminants from Construction Work Zones.
- Restoration/re-construction of building materials and systems after remediation work-Resource is
capable of providing complete "first-in/last-out" service from remediation to restoration.
Resource delivers turn-key service. Unless specifically excluded, all required elements to fully execute
abatement/remediation work is included in the scope of services provided to our customers. The typical project
completed by Resource provides for all of the following:
- Agency Notifications, Permits
- Insurance
- Labor
- Materials
- Tools and Equipment
- Waste Characterization, Manifesting and Disposal
- Project Close-Out Submittal
Project Close-Out Submittal
At the conclusion of each and every project, Resource prepares a
Post-Job Submittal. This package contains
all project related documentation, inclusive of the following:
- Hazardous Material Survey (provided by customer)
- AQMD/OSHA/Governmental Notifications
- Resource's Certifications, Licensing and Insurance
- Specialized Environmental Equipment Certifications
- Project Crew's Certification, Medical Surveillance, Fit Testing and Training Records
- Daily Foreman Field Reports and Field Generated Documentation
- Personal Air Monitoring Reports
- Clearance Reports (performed by independent hygienist)
- Waste Hauler, Landfill and Laboratory Certifications
- Waste Characterization Reports
- Waste Shipment Records, Hazardous Waste Manifests
In today's litigious, health-and-safety conscious, government regulated environment this is a critically important
package-it represents
evidence of correctly remediating the hazard.
Though retention of these records is important, don't worry if it is lost-Resource maintains records for 30 years.
